Once we receive these documents, we will send you the contract for your review and signature. 2) The payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about registering these services. 4) Our services include biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) The check in hours are the day of the beginning of the contract from 15h to 18h. In case of not wanting/being able to check in on that day, Housinganywhere must be notified, with a minimum of 15 days, the desired date for check in, which must be within Housinganywhere's business hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm). In the event that special assistance is required for check in (even if it is on the contract start date, but outside business hours or weekends/holidays), a fee of 30? will be charged and will be subject to Housinganywhere's approval. 6) The supply provision will be paid every month together with the rent.
