2 bedroom apartment in the popular neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 5 minutes from the closest metro station and also 5 minutes walk from the beach. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, it has an open kitchen-living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped including also a new washing machine. The living room has an AC for the hot days which cools down the entire apartment. There is a sofa-bed that can be ideal for short stay of friends also. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has bunk beds. To end your day or enjoy your weekends you can chill at the balcony, which is facing to a quite, green street. Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under ?Other Costs?) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is ?200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: ?200 × 3 months = ?600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor?s email.
