Hola soy inquilino y mi contrato de 1 de agosto de 2015 es de duración de 3 años. Al tener fecha de vencimiento, mi casero ¿tiene la obligación de avisarme 1 mes antes?
Todos los contratos tienen fecha de vencimiento. Y si no la tuieran se entienden hechos por un año. Y si. Si su casero (o usted) no avisan con 30 días, el contrato se prorroga por una anualidad.
