yo tengo un papel echo por el propietario que esta de acuerdo que alquile la habitacion,entonces tengo entendido que yo misma puedo denunciar en el juzgado ,pedir un abogado de oficio y un procurador.....un saludo
Para conseguir lo que pretende tienes que "demandar" al subarrendatario, siempre que estés legitimada para ello. Lleva a un abogado tu contrato y ese papel que te firmo el propietario, para que te asesore.
