Please read carefully -everything- before calling or contacting, thank you. -Seasonal rental only for civil servants -Can be shared between two people without problems -100 square meter apartment in the heart of the city -2 large bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, plus a double bed. -A third room is an extra dressing room and the fourth room is a second living room -The apartment is magnificent for sharing or for a family living in the city. -Building with very good neighbors in a private residential complex -with elevator -Available now -Payments by bank transfer, declared rent. Optional parking space under the building for €100 per month. Does not have: -air conditioning or dishwasher. Mandatory basic conditions: -Seasonal rental only, minimum 10 months -Maximum 1 or 2 adults per apartment. - Reservations cannot be made more than 15 days after the visit. - Payment for the reservation must be made within 24 hours of the visit. - Minimum requirements: 1. - Permanent or long-term employment contract with net income commensurate with the rent plus expenses. 2. - Payslip(s) showing at least €2,000 net income and a permanent employment contract with a minimum of 6 months' tenure are required. 3. - Employment contracts are only accepted from the person(s) who will be living in the property. 4. - Employment contracts or payments from third parties are not accepted, and no more than two adults are allowed per property.
